Brian Benfield

Brian Benfield was born and raised in Lenoir, North Carolina. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received both his undergraduate and medical degrees. After completing his pediatric training in 1999, Dr. Benfield joined the Shelby Children’s Clinic. He is married, with one son and two daughters, and has lived on a farm in his home state since 2004. He still does not know what he wants to be when he grows up.
