Lish is an Emmy and James Beard winning culinary producer, chef, recipe writer and food stylist. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and for over 25 years has worked in the culinary arts and food service industries. For over seven years she was the VP of Culinary Operations and Productions for the celebrity chef, Giada De Laurentiis. In 2020 she won an Emmy for being the culinary producer for Giada Entertains. In 2023, she won a James Beard award for culinary producing Big Sky Kitchen with Eduardo Garcia.
Her career began in restaurants before becoming a food stylist and recipe developer for places such as Food Network, New York Times, Gourmet magazine and the Today Show.
She competed on the Food Network show, Chopped, and walked away with the win. Lish has also been featured in the book Chef’s Ink and Elle Sweden magazine for her unique food tattoos and recipes. She was a guest judge on Food Network’s Vegas Chef Prizefight and is a contributor for Delish, Giadzy and The Kitchn. Lish is a recurring chef on the Epicurious YouTube series, Pro Chef vs. Home Cook and Epicurious 101. She appeared on Vanity Fair to discuss the secrets of food styling.
Lish, along with her wife, is a co-founder of their brand The Taste Curators, where they inspire joy through the connections of food, fashion and color.
Lish's cookbook with her friend and co-author Tamron Hall will be published in September of 2024
