John Buri

I have been married to my high school sweetheart for over 40 years --- she is my best friend, the love of my life, and the best thing that's ever happened to me. We have 6 children (5 sons and a daughter). I am a psychology professor, and I have spent my entire career at the University of St. Thomas (unfortunately, not the island --- but rather, St. Paul, MN). I am a teacher, an author, and a researcher --- I love what I do (even after many years, I still love going to work each day). I have published two books and over 60 journal articles, book chapters, and conference proceeding papers.
