Born of earth and starlight, when Mt St Helens Blew, she carried the universe and left me in West Virginia. Jodi Girl, they called me—by name whispered to the wind, etched into the Appalachian soil. I've wandered those hills, gathering tales like wildflowers. The creek sang her lullabies, and the moon cradled all hopes, meeting Aliens and Santa knowing that Granny magick.
