Stephen Butler

STEPHEN BUTLER is a management consultant, entrepreneur and speaker. He began his business career at The Boston Consulting Group and worked as a capital and commodity markets development executive and edtech CEO before helping develop BDC’s Growth Driver Program for High Impact Firms and co-founding Framework, an advisory network. His talk, “Why Your Job Isn’t Meaningless,” was featured globally by TEDx in 2024. Stephen holds a PhD in Social and Political Sciences (Cambridge), a BA (Hons) in Economics and Political Science (McGill), and taught at Harvard as a Visiting Fellow. He lives in Calgary and San Francisco.
