Jesse Keith Butler

Jesse Keith Butler is an award-winning poet based in Ottawa, Ontario. He won first prize in the 2024 ESU Formal Verse Contest and third place in the 2023 Kierkegaard Poetry Competition, and will be a 2026 Writer in Residence at Berton House in the Yukon. His poems have been published in journals such as Arc Poetry Magazine, New Verse Review, Pulp Literature, Blue Unicorn, Dappled Things, THINK, On Spec, and The Brazen Head. The Living Law (Darkly Bright Press, 2024) is his first book.
