Amod Desai is a seasoned technologist, with a proven track record of 20+ years in leading high-performing Agile teams. He is a Technology and Business Transformation leader with experience implementing Agile Transformation for federal contracts at Department of Homeland Security- DHS, Human Health Services-HHS, and leading large private firms on agile engagements. As CXO/CEO/Owner of his management consulting firm, he has led FTEs and multiple vendor contractors. Raised the valuation of company to multi-million dollar from nil.

Amod brings a wealth of experience in managing complex software development projects and fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. He is a strong proponent of Agile methodologies and has played a key role in adapting them for the specific needs of Agile AI development. Amod is a creator and founder of TERRAIN Framework and is passionate about empowering teams to deliver innovative AI solutions within flexible and efficient frameworks. Amod has created a new Agile framework just for AI (Artificial Intelligence) that is tailored to address challenges and pitfalls for AI projects and programs. Framework is a guide for CIOs to successfully deliver complex machine learning algorithms.

Along with his full-time software engineering work, after graduation, Amod worked as a part-time freelance journalist and editor, contributing to various local publications. In 2020, he published his debut novel, "Exploring Hinduism," a poignant exploration of memory and identity set against the backdrop of ancient India.
