Abi Dare

Abi Dare is a stylist, photographer and freelance writer who founded award-winning interior design, travel and lifestyle blog These Four Walls in 2014. As a synaesthete prone to sensory overload, she has long been drawn to minimalist decor and wellbeing-enhancing nature-inspired design, and aims to show that they can be attainable to everyone, no matter what the size of their home or their budget. Abi shares inspiration for simple, relaxed living on her website and Instagram (@thesefourwallsblog), where she combines beautiful imagery with honest insights and practical advice. She is based just outside Bath on the edge of the Cotswolds, where she is renovating an old stone cottage with her husband Chris.
