As a seasoned business executive with 40 years of experience under my belt, I have embraced the new title of award-winning Author in a late-in-life discovery. Echoes Across the Tracks is my first published book. Echoes is my theme because it takes most of us two, three, or more times to really hear or learn something meaningful. Echoes to Remember and Echoes of Success follow the same prescription.

My background includes being a child of divorce in the Chicago area; my parents split when I was in 3rd grade. After many moves in childhood, settling into high school and earning a degree in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University (Bloomington, IL) gave me the foundational stability that enabled a fruitful business and personal life.

Now married for a second time and looking back at my first 60+ years on the planet, I am SO looking forward to the final third of my life in a very freeing way and asking God, "What's next?" My past includes so many leadership and sales roles that have influenced my decision-making and ability to mentor others into leadership roles. The printing industry led me to start my own business and transition into education and HR technology, which then led me to accept my last position as President/CEO of a chamber of commerce in suburban Cincinnati, Ohio.

My consultative approach as Sales Manager for Rent has created a fractional sales leadership business that includes entrepreneurial coaching for clients who have appreciated a unique, customized solution, while also giving back in various volunteer capacities, including tutoring 3rd-5th graders with special challenges and mentoring for SCORE.
