Robb S. Wetmore

Robb Wetmore is a science fiction and fantasy author whose stories explore the complexities of humanity, the consequences of power, and the possibilities of worlds beyond our own.

Born and raised in Wyoming, Robb graduated from the University of Wyoming before eventually settling in Oklahoma, where he earned his master's degree from the University of Oklahoma. He lives there with his wife and has two adult children.

His love of science fiction began early. One of his first memories of going to the movies was seeing *Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back*, an experience that sparked a lifelong fascination with imagined worlds, advanced technology, and the stories that unfold when humanity confronts the unknown. That fascination grew through decades of reading, films, television, and video games.

Robb is the author of the *Seana Byrne* series, the *Stellar Reach* series, and standalone works including *The Silent Core*, *Temasland: The Cost of Passage*, and *What We Brew*. His writing ranges from sweeping space opera and speculative science fiction to fantasy and stories that explore the stranger, sometimes humorous corners of the human experience.

Beyond writing, Robb has always found inspiration in the natural world. From exploring Wyoming's mountains and wilderness to camping adventures across the country with his family, his experiences outdoors have shaped his imagination as much as the fictional universes he loves.

Professionally, Robb has spent his career in healthcare, combining creativity, technology, and innovation to improve how care is delivered. He currently serves as Director of Digital Healthcare at a Federally Qualified Health Center, where he works at the intersection of healthcare and emerging technology.

Whether exploring distant galaxies, questioning the boundaries of artificial intelligence, or examining the choices that define us, Robb's stories share a common fascination with what it means to be human.
