Inge Scheynen

Inge Scheynen (°Belgium, 1969) is a historian and twice-awarded author, who wrote children's books, YA-novels, school manuals and theatre plays. With her husband, she lives in the tranquil and beautiful nature of the Belgian Ardennes, where she welcomes aspiring writers in her stylish b&b. Her latest novel, "Aphrodite's Trees", a crossover of a myth retelling and historical fantasy, has been translated to English and reflects her lifelong fascination for the unique worldview of the ancient Greeks. As @missesmyths, she also shares those ancient stories on social media, and links them to the world we live in today.
