Having graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University Of Hartford in 2009 and earned a Master’s Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Clinical Counseling at Post University in 2014, Krystal has dedicated her career to providing behavioral health services to adolescents, adults, and individuals with disabilities.

Her professional journey includes diverse roles as a Behavioral Specialist, Social Worker Investigator, Therapist, Mentor, and Vocational Counselor at esteemed organizations like New Hope Manor, REM CT Community Services, The Department Of Children and Families, and The Department of Aging and Disabilities. In 2022, she established Grace Valley Clinical Services—a private practice rooted in her faith and commitment to community service.

Krystal also serves as a pastor at The Remnant Church of God in Hartford, CT, offering spiritual guidance and support to those in need.
