Lucy Davey

Lucy Davey grew up in Wellington, New Zealand and is currently based at home in the beautiful South Island town of Wanaka with her husband and four children, who provide her with first-hand knowledge of the current preferences and interests of young readers (and their parents).

When not writing, she enjoys the outdoor life around her home and is the co-director of a boutique advertising agency.

She has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology and Bioprocess Engineering with First Class Honours from Massey University, Palmerston North.
