I was born at the foot of the Pyrenees in 1966. Surrounded by mountains and snow-capped peaks, I chose nature, outdoor life, and high-altitude lakes as my playground for adventure. This environment, after demanding physical effort, invites contemplation and poetry. Resting while seated beneath a beech tree or with my feet under a waterfall taught me how to appreciate what surrounds me. I discovered human nature later, when I began to understand how people function. Animated by many different facets, men and women often forget to remain humble.

When I left my childhood behind for Canada in 1991, I crossed the Atlantic toward new adventures, eager to discover another kind of nature. In Quebec, I grew into adulthood and worked hard to pursue quality studies, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Education. In 1996, I continued this academic path in France, specializing in the field of disability, with a Master’s degree in Special Education focused on disability. Meeting children in distress deeply moved me. After deciding to help them on their life journeys, I became a specialized educator in this field, earning a State Diploma. Twenty-eight years followed, marked by patience, respect for their lives, and the ambition to guide them toward self-confidence.

I began writing my first book while thinking of all these people and their conditions. Their smiles, their beauty, and their strength made me want to tell what I had witnessed over all those years. Silent Souls Do Not Disturb Anyone is the testimony of my journey alongside them.

My second book, The Hairdresser Has Left, recounts my metamorphosis and my path as a man between Canada and Russia, including a wonderful journey through frozen Siberia. This book is a gift to my grandfather, whom I loved and who inspired me.

My third book, The Thief of Florence, a psychological crime novel, tells the extraordinary circumstances that allow a young woman from northern Sweden to find her little daughter, thanks to a young autistic man who works at the Florence train station in Italy.

I am currently working on a fourth book that tells the story of an exceptional woman from northern Sweden—her journey to New York and her connection to her family in Botsmark, a small village in the middle of the forests. This psychological crime novel highlights family bonds, ancestry, and the transmission of values.
