Peter Marra

Peter Marra is Assistant Professor of Teaching in English and Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies at Wayne State University His first book, Queer Slashers, argues the queer lineage and queer function of the U.S. slasher film. Additional work appears in Film Criticism, Bright Lights Film Journal, and the edited collections Recovering 1940s Horror Cinema, ReFocus: The Films of William Castle, and Final Girls, Feminism, and Popular Culture.
