Olive Olini is a certified health coach with an education in nutrition, plant medicine, permaculture, art
history, and design. A bit of a wanderer, she has lived in Florida, California, Vermont, Maine, New York,
Italy, and the UK. In each region, Olini has gained knowledge about the local plants and foods. She is
passionate about food and is an accomplished cook who has been experimenting with recipes and
creating plant-based dishes for more than 20 years. When not enjoying time in her kitchen or at local
farm stands and farmers markets, Olini likes to hike, swim, paddle her kayak, and explore the world.
