Charles Roamer

Charles Roamer is an old New Jersey native with a decades-long love of road trips. In 2012, he moved to Fort Collins, Colorado after retirement and found a great new home, which has also been a great base for his roaming. He considers a journey he made in 2014 with his '06 Toyota Corolla down the entire length of U.S Highway 83 from the Canadian to the Mexican border to be one of three epic road trips of his lifetime. This journey on a fascinating, but not well-known, largely two-lane old highway inspired him to write "83 Odyssey---An Adventure Down the Spine of America on U.S. Highway 83."
