Martha Boswell

When I am not writing, I am a full-time caregiver for my husband, who is a traumatic brain injury survivor. This makes my life wildly unpredictable, full of challenges and adventures. Currently I work for the Brain Injury Association of Louisiana, as an advocate and ambassador for those who have survived a traumatic brain or spinal cord injury. They are the heroes in my life.

Around age eleven, I accompanied my parents on a trip to the Middle East, and we traveled to Egypt, Cyprus, Israel, and Greece. My favorite memories from Egypt are riding a camel out to the pyramids and sailing down the Nile. In Israel, we spent the night at a kibbutz and ate fresh oranges in the ancient city of Jericho. That trip was quite an adventure for a young girl, and those memories wind through the pages of The Money Changer Series.

My first book, A Door of Hope, is a collection of devotionals and is available on Amazon as an eBook. My newest release, Nothing to Lose, is a faith based, fictional novel about a family facing the trauma of brain injury, and overcoming that event with hope and resilience.

You can find me on Facebook at Supper on the Shelf, a cooking show my husband and I host as part of his brain injury therapy. Please connect with us on Instagram at TBIwifelife, where we share the reality and celebrate the victories of life after traumatic brain injury. Thanks for reading my books!
