Cathy Holt

Cathy Holt is an internationally renowned speaker, a bestselling author, and a lifelong advocate for women’s rights. Her book, Unstoppable Women: Owning Our Voices, Leading Change, is dedicated to empowering women as leaders and change-makers, and was featured to celebrities at the 2025 Oscars. She is also the joyful mother of a gifted daughter leader.

Cathy has spent over 35 years advancing gender equality through university courses in Women and Gender Studies, and political, policy, and advocacy work, including collaborations with the United Nations and global NGOs. As the co-founder of DEI Consultants, she brings the gender lens to championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices to foster belonging and drive transformative change.

Cathy’s work in DEI extends beyond the professional sphere. In 2003, she became the primary support for her 18-year-old daughter after a devastating stroke. Drawing on her DEI expertise, Cathy advocated for more inclusive and equitable accommodations for people with disabilities, transforming personal challenges into powerful opportunities for systemic change. This personal journey has strengthened her unwavering resolve to dismantle inequities and create spaces where everyone, regardless of their race, gender, socioeconomic status, or other personal characteristics has equal access to opportunities, rights, and treatment.

She also founded Catherine Holt Consulting through which she has mentored women worldwide—from grassroots activists to aspiring leaders—to recognize their innate strengths, amplify their voices, and lead with authenticity and impact by guiding them through trainings and workshops based on her proprietary framework, L.E.A.D.S:

L - Learn About Yourself

E - Elevate Your Perspective

A - Amplify Your Potential

D - Design the Future

S - Strategize for Impact
