Vigilant

The author is a Ph.D. in Economics. He is associated with the ARICON (Applied Research International Conference on Business and Economics), Cambridge. He has over 40 years of academic and administrative experience in higher educational institutions in India. He has conducted several seminars at NIAS Bangalore and IIAS Shimla on current topics India has been facing. As Regional Director of IGNOU, Patna, and Additional Secretary of UP Higher Education Council, Lucknow, he initiated reforms of quality gradation in higher education in conformity with the UGC and other monitoring agencies of India. Last year in 2024, he was conferred the Oxford Excellence Award for Life–Time Achievement in Education and Research in Singapore on 4th October.
