Todd Swanson

Todd Swanson has had a fascination with real estate investing since he was in high school, which led him to obtain his real estate license while in college. He began his real estate investment career by partnering with a buddy to purchase a triplex (one that he wishes they had held onto). Since then, Todd’s focus has been on single-family homes and his experience covers everything from vacation rentals to creative financing to setting up and running a real estate investment fund.

Professionally, Todd is a California Real Estate Broker with mortgage licenses for 17 states. He assists his clients with creating real estate wealth that turbo charges their retirement income. Todd served nearly 32 years in the Marine Corps Reserve and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 5. He lives in the San Carlos neighborhood of San Diego, CA with his wife and daughter and a really old cat, named Molly.
