An entryway allows them to travel through time. North Table Mountain a novel features some of the most complex characters in modern science fiction: a deaf and blind sister who must cope with societies expectations – is she disabled or merely different, a seemingly ageless relative who guides them through their journey and an adopted transgender cousin who makes what could be the most important discovery of all.

Matt has been a writer since the sixth grade when his three pager about whaling took second place (inexplicably not first) in a local public TV station contest. He’s written many technical papers about technology and for newspapers, TV and radio. Matt lived for many years in the shadow of North Table Mountain. He and his wife Lisa reside in Austin, TX. They have two grown children Grant and Jordan.
