Parul Sharma

I am a Global Talent Acquisition Leader with over 18 years of experience in technology and recruitment. I started my career as a software engineer with Infosys Technologies, then transitioned to recruitment, and since then worked with startup and corporations, including Saama Technologies, Capgemini India, and Viasat Inc. While I was working in my own startup, I completed executive management program in Women Entrepreneurship from IIM Bangalore and women leadership program from Indian School of Business.

Though my work is incredibly important to me, I am more than just a professional. I'm also a devoted daughter, wife, mother, and proud pet owner. One of my favorite pastimes is jet-setting around the world with my family – it's always a rush to explore new destinations and discover new cultures.

I enjoy connecting with job seekers, college students, and recruitment professionals and I am quiet active on social media. Hired: The Art of Finding and Recruiting Talent is my debut book, reflecting on my journey in the recruitment industry and my goal to help others excel in their careers.

When I'm not busy at work or traveling the world, you'll find me composing poems, capturing unforgettable moments through photography, creating reels, and crafting articles. I treasure every experience that comes my way, and I enjoy documenting my journey in order to share my perspective with others.
