Bethany Holroyd is a multi award winning, chartered health and safety professional with a passion for education and driving positive change within the construction industry. Her passion for creating safe work environments led her to become a sought-after speaker, known for her dynamic and engaging presentations on a wide range of topics.

With over a decade of experience within the construction industry, she has established herself as a trailblazer in promoting and advocating for improved knowledge around STEM careers, apprenticeships and diversity within the wider industry.

Bethany is incredibly passionate about the next generation and tackling perceptions of roles within construction and health and safety. This coupled with her knowledge of education, has led her to support a number of organisations and professional institutions in the development of policy and programmes to support early career professionals, as well as her becoming an early years children's author.
