Lesley Marlin is a senior in-house attorney (Associate General Counsel) with a specialty in labor and employment law. Prior to her in-house roles, Lesley worked in private legal practice at an AmLaw 100 firm and served as a law clerk to a United States District Judge in the Eastern District of Virginia. She speaks frequently on various workplace issues, including labor and employment law topics, psychological safety, resilience, and career development. Lesley serves on the Advisory Board for Women, Influence & Power in Law (WIPL). She is also a Certified Wayfinder Coach. Beyond her professional work, Lesley gives back to her communities. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Wendt Center for Loss and Healing for many years and is currently the Board President.
