Leanne Davidson

Leanne Davidson lives with her husband Tim in her hometown of Kenora, Ontario. She has spent 25 years in education and is the recipient of the Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association Pearse Shannon Memorial Award. Now retired, Leanne loves to be outdoors in the beauty of Northwestern Ontario where she lives. After the tragic death of her son in 2022 Leanne has devoted her time to supporting others who have suffered loss. She has a certificate in "Death Dying and Bereavement" through Wilfrid Laurier Univeristy. She supports other grievers through her website and blog, amothersgriefjourney. Her first published book, “A Beautiful Pain” was written to provide hope and comfort for other grieving parents like her. Her second book, “Tattered Hearts and Hopeful Souls” is a 30-day Christian devotional for those grieving the loss of a loved one.
