Born and raised in the picturesque surroundings of Kenmore, ON, Canada, I now call Ottawa home, where I live with my amazing husband, two wonderful children, and our beloved standard poodle, Charlie🐾, who adds an extra dash of joy to our days.

For over three decades, I've dedicated myself to the field of dental hygiene, ensuring smiles shine bright while nurturing my own creative spirit. Beyond the dental chair, I find inspiration in exploring new destinations✈️, savouring delicious cuisine as a self-proclaimed foodie🍴, and enjoying the complexity of fine wines🍷and the occasional single malt scotch🥃.

But my creative journey doesn't end there—I'm also a DIY enthusiast and design aficionado, always knee-deep in home projects that reflect my boundless energy and love for crafting beautiful spaces. Our backyard oasis, complete with a pool, serves as a sanctuary for relaxation and family gatherings, awaiting the laughter of grandchildren while currently enjoyed by our grand-dog, Wallace, who adores the refreshing waters🏊.

In addition to my many passions, I've recently embarked on an exciting new chapter as an author. With my debut book now published and its sequel in the works, I'm fuelled by the thrill of storytelling and the desire to share my adventures with the world.
