The genius of using fiction and a fish-bowl literary style gives readers what one reviewer called, "10 years' worth of information in 100 pages." Allison's second installment in the racial equity series, Someday is Today: Achieving Racial Equity in the Workplace, is set to be released on July 23, 2024.
Allison's most important accomplishment remains raising and coaching her three adult sons, all accomplished scholars, athletes, and entrepreneurs.
