Allison Manswell

Allison Manswell is the Founder & CEO of Path Forward Consulting, a talent management firm. Allison is an international speaker and sought after expert in the US, Caribbean, Canada, and Brazil. Allison is a successful entrepreneur and management executive with proven experience in human resources, organizational development and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Path Forward Consulting has recognition in various areas, including Top 10 Organizational Effectiveness 2023 (ManageHR), Top 10 Leadership Development 2022, and Top 10 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Firm 2021 (HR Tech Outlook), as well as being listed among the 50 Innovators to Watch 2022 and 50 Innovators of the Year (CIO Bulletin).

Initially born in Canada and raised in a Caribbean household, Allison worked for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Revenue Canada, with additional experience as a radio and television personality. Allison holds an MBA in Leadership and the industry credential as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) from the Association for Talent Development. Named Most Influential Race Specialist (USA) by Acquisitions International, Allison has held this title in the years 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

In 2015, Allison Manswell wrote Listen In: Crucial Conversations on Race in the Workplace, hailed as an essential bird's-eye view into the experience of race, providing business consulting to leaders genuinely interested in effecting change and career coaching to people of color seeking career advancement. The genius of using fiction and a fish-bowl literary style gives readers what one reviewer called, "10 years' worth of information in 100 pages." Allison's second installment in the racial equity series, Someday is Today: Achieving Racial Equity in the Workplace, is set to be released on July 23, 2024.

Allison's most important accomplishment remains raising and coaching her three adult sons, all accomplished scholars, athletes, and entrepreneurs.
