Dr. Chardas Freeman is a science educator. She has worked as a Science Coach for the district of Boston Public Schools in the United States and as a construction supervisor for a Boston-based firm.
During Dr. Freeman's teaching career, she implemented Sisters Striving to Achieve Results (S.S.T.A.R.) to inspire young ladies and motivate students to reach their educational potential, as well as a nutritional approach to hands-on implementation of a healthy food program through a web series called Whole Food Soul Food to encourage cooking and more restorative approaches to cooking traditional "Soul Food."
Dr. Freeman's commitment to education extends beyond the classroom. She is currently developing the Energy Detectives Curriculum by Harold Grindspoon Foundation and Meet Me on Planet 3, a project that offers free resources for educators, students, and communities, demonstrating her dedication to making education accessible to all.
She enjoys exercising, cooking, learning, and spending time with her family.
