Fernando Ors

Fernando Ors is a European-born American economist with more than twenty years of experience as strategy consultant, digital entrepreneur, venture capitalist, alternative investments expert, and bestselling author.

He holds a double degree in business administration and economics, an MBA from IESE, and a master's in finance from CEF. He has also participated in several programs at Harvard Business School, Stanford, MIT, and Berkeley, among others.

Furthermore, he is currently chairman of Reental, CEO of Savia Group, and GP of Virtuous Capital.

Ors' previous executive positions include CEO of BrightStar Coral Gables (acquired by Peak Rock Capital); global vice president of the Canadian consulting and SaaS firm FreeBalance; president in the United States of the technology company Intralot; CEO of Codere Interactiva (NASDAQ:CDRO); and corporate CBDO of Codere Group (BME:CDRE), where during his tenure the multinational hired well over twenty thousand employees, increased revenues and profits tenfold, and achieved its successful IPO with a unicorn valuation.
