Bishop Jacqueline E. McCullough serves as the Senior Pastor of The International Gathering at Beth Rapha, based in Pomona, New York and presides as the General Overseer of the Rapha Alliance Ministries, a fellowship of 20 churches. A native of Jamaica, West Indies, she is the President and Founder of Beth Rapha Christian College and Theological Seminary, and considers herself privileged to function as a preacher, teacher, mentor, author, playwright, producer, designer, songwriter and missionary.
