I have spent the last 7 years in various manufacturing environments

conducting time motion studies. My firm, TED Consulting, has assisted

companies as large as Ford and Boeing find inefficiencies in their

processes, leading to significant productive gains and cost savings. We have

also used these techniques for a one-man manufacturing plant to reduce

the daily workload from 20-hour days to 8-hour days.

I am an Officer on the Board of Directors of the International

MODAPTSŪ Association as well as an Independent Certified

MODAPTSŪ Instructor. While MODAPTSŪ is my preferred method for

executing a time motion study, other methods can be just as effective

depending on the use case.
