Maria Maier

Maria became a certified coach and trainer in 2020 with the mission to facilitate growth in the lives of others.

She works with individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations in Leadership Development, Growth & Resilience, and Effective Communications.

Maria works with clients virtually and in person to equip them with tools, training and strategies to uncover and identify opportunities for growth and to create new results in their lives in their organizations, and in their communities.

Certified in both DISC and Ethics in Business, Maria helps people leverage behavioral and emotional awareness of themselves and others to increase effectiveness and strengthen connection, collaboration, and communication at home, at work and in the community.

Prior to becoming a coach and trainer, Maria spent 4 years as a Chief of Staff in the Mayors Office of a large City Hall and 12 years in higher education working in various roles both in administrative and academic arenas.

She combines her passion and expertise in growth facilitation with her extensive effective communication background and often works with educational and community leaders, and entrepreneurs helping them develop strategies, processes, and systems to expand their businesses and their impact.

Maria is a Maxwell Leadership certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer, a DISC and Cialdini certified Trainer and Ethical Practitioner, Co-Founder of the Cialdini Institute, and a book “Influence in Action” co-author.

Maria is a seasoned coach, public speaker, and dynamic leadership development catalyst, helping those she serves to be effective leaders and communicators, thrive in new environments, and master the power of ethical influence.

As a public speaker, she shares her insights on communication, leadership, team building, and organizational effectiveness with audiences large and small, through keynote speeches, workshops, and training sessions.

When she is not working with clients, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for local and national organizations. Maria serves on the Board of her local Women in Business Network and is a President of Toastmasters Club in her community.
