Anna Alvarez Boyd is an International Coach Federation (ICF), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), author and non-profit entreprenuer committed to developing leaders to navigate complex challenges. Anna has served at the highest level of leadership shaping policy within the Federal Reserve, and she is passionate about supporting the next-generation of business professionals from diverse backgrounds. In June of 2020, Anna and her husband, Eric Boyd, extended a simple invitation to students at University of Central Florida to join them on the golf course. That invitation led to FairWays to Leadership, a transformative leadership development program that uses the golf course as the classroom for leadership development. Most FairWays to Leadership students have never had a golf club in their hands. For many, it is an elite game, that they imagine is unavailable to them. By blending leadership and networking skills into the process of learning golf the non-profit has spread to multiple states and the District of Columbia reaching hundreds of student leaders.
