Karin Surber is a distinguished global business development strategy and planning leader for a Fortune 100 technology company. With an MBA from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, she has leveraged her expertise across diverse international landscapes, designing and leading multi-billion-dollar programs. Her passion for lifelong learning and mentoring others to achieve the best versions of themselves continues to bring a sense of fulfillment and purpose.

Karin has a passion for travel and over the past two decades, her career and personal travel have taken her to over 36 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Australia, and Asia. Since her first visit to South Africa in 2013, she has returned to the continent seven times, experiencing the thrill of safaris in South Africa, Botswana, and Zimbabwe.

Karin resides in Maumee, Ohio, with her partner, John, and their two cats, Violet and Vinnie. She is also the proud mother of two daughters and two grandsons.
