Jeff Conroy

With a 30-plus-year background in the nonprofit sector, holding executive roles at the Boy Scouts of America, United Way of Kootenai County, and St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho, Jeff has now shifted his focus to aiding various organizations.

He delivers value by sharing his expertise and emphasizing the importance of small, impactful actions. As a coach, presenter, and facilitator, Jeff is committed to two key principles: fostering leadership through coaching and mentoring, and establishing robust, long-lasting partnerships with those he works with.

These connections are more than just professional courtesies. They are the ties that

foster excellence. Jeff lives in Dalton Gardens, Idaho. He and his wife, Jeannette, love spending time with family, including his two grandkids, Evelyn and Leif. Jeff loves reading about great leadership and all things Disney. He is also a member of
