Darla Day

DARLA DAY is a worship leader, author, singer-songwriter, wife, and mother who was born and raised in the small town of Albany, Kentucky. Darla has lived in Bowling Green since 1992 when she moved there to attend Western Kentucky University.

Darla is married to Chad whom she met in college, and the couple are proud parents of their special needs son named Jenson. Darla is passionate about worship and advocating for her son. She has recorded several albums and performed in many venues across the country. Darla has written several original songs and has even had viral success with her original wedding song titled “Love of My Life” which has pulled in over 27 million YouTube views!

Darla’s favorite Bible verse is Psalm 37:4 – “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.” (ESV)
