With a master’s degree in chemistry, a bachelor’s degree in education, and years of experience teaching students from preschool to college, Laura has done everything from researching cancer drugs to launching AI courses. Now, she’s on a mission to spark curiosity and confidence in young scientists everywhere.

She’s a proud mom, a military spouse, and a big believer in learning wherever life takes you. Whether that’s in the classroom, at the kitchen table, or halfway across the country. When she’s not writing books or leading science adventures, Laura is illustrating her next project, sewing something cozy, exploring new places, or spending time with her family.
