Mark P. Bromley is a highly educated and accomplished author, artist, engineer, statesman and world traveler. A four year education at Western Colorado University and then higher high tech engineering education via the US Navy. Mostly self educated achieving professional licensing capable of working in Nuclear power, Naval systems, Aerospace technologies, with many different schools of thought, study, and hands on experience to his name. Political nemesis in the USA is so underhanded it has tried often to enslave him to fix their shit in the federal government as an accomplished leader. Your government forgets often that Mark Bromley consults for a fee for services and provides nothing to the government for free. After all books have been Mark Bromley's hobby ever since he was a child of one. Growing up in the libraries where ever he traveled in the world.
