Karen is an avid reader of all genres and an amateur gardener and cook. She has been a hairdresser for over forty years, which has resulted in thousands of conversations with people concerning all topics in both the southern states and the west coast of the United States. This one on one time has enriched her peek into humanity and greatly enriched her life.

She is originally from Alabama and resides in north Georgia with her family and slew of sweet animals.
