Hank Van Iersel

I am a Dutch born Australian author currently residing in Hervey Bay, Queensland. I have written for the Weekend Australian Review supplement, Rhythms magazine, Country Update magazine, The Wanderer magazine amongst others. I have previously self-published a book of hospital humour entitled "I Only Became a Nurse So I Could See More Willies".

I have been a Writer/Full Member of the Australasian Performing Rights Association since 1986 and have released five CD's of original songs. Along the way I won the Tamworth NSW Star Maker Quest in 1985 and a Golden Guitar for Best New Talent in 1986.
