Beth Wilson

When Beth Wilson was a little girl she fell in love with children's books and wanted to be an author like Beverly Cleary or Laura Ingalls WIlder. When she was 53 she woke one night with a rhyme in her mind. She got out of bed and wrote TOGETHERNESS TOWN as a poem. Her youngest son, who was 11 at the time, urged her to get it published as a book. Her son, Gabriel, edited the story. She found her illustrator and designer in the UK. Together, her team brought the story to life. Beth has had many roles in her life - mother, teacher, wedding coordinator and nurse assistant. Today she is fulfilling her childhood dream and it is completely satisfying. She hopes this is just the beginning of writing children's stories.
