Born in the hills of Tuscany, Italy, and raised in Canada from the age of 10, I embody a blend of Italian passion and Canadian spirit. My roots are deeply intertwined with both cultures, shaping my worldview and inspiring my endless curiosity. My journey has led me to explore psychology, anthropology, philosophy, and quantum physics—fields that fuel my fascination with the complexities of human existence and the mysteries of the universe.

Professionally, I’ve navigated a diverse path—from collaborating with architects as a space planner for over a decade, to launching a restaurant in the heart of Montreal, teaching English as a second language to immigrants who traversed the same path, and traveling the globe as a business developer in the fields of laboratory products and food safety. These experiences have granted me the privilege of connecting with countless cultures and people, feeding my insatiable desire to discover and learn.

Yet, my most defining role is that of a mother. In the realm of motherhood, we embrace a love so profound it defies words, and with this immense love also comes the weight of great loss. The devastating loss of my youngest child at 17 shattered my world, igniting a profound transformation in how I perceive life, death, and the bonds that transcend both realms.

Writing has become my lifeline, not only as a way to channel grief into stories of love, loss, and resilience but also as a means of unraveling the deep contemplations I have about the universe we inhabit. Through my words, I keep my son’s spirit alive while making sense of life’s most profound mysteries and the essence of humanity. Where have we come from, or, more importantly, where do we go from here?

Animals, especially dogs, have always held a sacred place in my heart, teaching me about loyalty, love, and the beauty in all living things. As I continue my journey through this game of life, I am driven by the connections I make—with my children, with the world, and through every word I write. These are the threads that bind my life’s tapestry, rich with passion, discovery, the eternal power of love, and the contemplation of our place in this universe.
