Steve is an inspirational trainer and coach, who has built his business on extensive experience gained at all levels as a team member, leader and global board director. It has proved to be a dynamic combination when, mixed with his personal drive and hunger for self-development, fuelled by his extensive global travel and desire for adventure.

He has also played a key role as a board member setting up and running a global retail company, and as a trainer and coach he helps companies and teams develop core training skills programs. Designing, and implementing workshops in human behaviour, project management, influencing skills, holistic leadership, change management, conflict handling and high-performance team principles to name a few.

He helps people close the gap between thinking about and attaining their dreams and goals in their personal and professional lives.
