Kelley Gordon

Kelley Gordon is the Director of Product at Nielsen Norman Group. She plays a crucial role in driving the success of NN/g's digital products, including the strategy, design, development, and management of it.

With over 10 years of experience in UX design, Kelley excels at turning complex design problems into simple, enjoyable experiences. She is passionate about building younger team members and forming effective partnerships with development, all while weighing business tradeoffs.

She holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design from College of Design at North Carolina State University.

Kelley is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
