I’ve spent most of my life in Alaska, shaped by its long winters, wide-open spaces, and the quiet strength that comes with living in the last frontier. Life here teaches patience, resilience, and self-reliance in a way few places can.

From the rugged wilderness to the calm moments of everyday life, Alaska has always been more than a backdrop. It’s part of how I think, how I observe, and how I write. The land, the weather, and the people all leave their mark.

I continue to call Alaska home, drawing inspiration from its raw beauty and steady rhythm. It’s a place that doesn’t need to be romanticized to be powerful, and I wouldn’t trade it for anywhere else.
