Cristel holds a Master's degree in School Counseling & Guidance and a Bachelor's degree in Education & Teaching, both from Wilmington University and Delaware State University, respectively. In addition to her professional achievements, Cristel is a passionate advocate for children, founding the "Bear Hugs" initiative, which has delivered hundreds of teddy bears to children fighting cancer at Sloan-Kettering Memorial Hospital in New York City.
