Joel Bigley

Dr. Bigley is an operations executive with more than 35 years of global leadership

experience having physically worked in 26 countries. He is also a full-time professor

teaching graduate students in leadership, business, and technology. His passions are

innovation and excellence in leadership, product/process/system design, and customer

service.
