Moving to the UAE prompted me to think about what I wanted to do when I got here. I had always worked in corporate, never on my own but I had the wonderful opportunity to lead a great team of HR professionals.

After much thought, it was the coaching, mentoring and development aspect of my job that I loved the most, but specifically HR. Its my profession, I am passionate about it and I want to only do anything related to HR.

One day I had a thought to design a colouring book by HR for HR, funny pictures and scenarios that depicts our lives and some of the crazy we come across. No one else understands it like we do!

I loved it so much that I wanted to pick some of my favourites and turn them into beautiful things that we can take with us, whether that be the office, home or away and so I did. Over the course of a week, I worked my socks off to create my first shop.

My motto in life "why not?"

If you had told me a year ago, I would have an online shop, a book, coaching, mentoring & HR community business, I would not have believed you. I have learned so many new skills and will continue to do so.

The business brings so much variety to my life and who knows where it will take me next.
