AZen Mynd is a lifelong seeker of inner wisdom, blending ancient traditions with modern insight. Introduced to meditation at eight by his mother, he has spent decades exploring consciousness and healing, from the Vedas and Buddhist philosophy to neuroscience-backed mindfulness. He is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and has studied Ayurveda.
Through his books, AZen invites readers into that same journey: Break Free, a six-week guide to letting go and reclaiming your power; 100 Days of Stillness, a guided meditation journal of Zen stories and teacher-student dialogue; When the Story Finds You, 120 short parables to open at random; and Supernormal Meditations, an eight-week workbook inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza's work for rewiring old patterns.
AZen's mission is to illuminate the path toward inner peace, one breath at a time. AZen Mynd is one of two pen names of Arvind J, who also writes on the science of conscious breathing as Arvind J in The Language of Breath.
